I am experienced in all aspects of museum event production and management, from pitching and planning, to designing briefs, activities and displays, to co-ordinating technical production, to hosting and implementing activities on the night.
Research
A postgraduate in Visual, Material and Museum Anthropology, I research art and media in museum and gallery spaces. I have written on the intersection between contemporary art and anthropology, and how light affects our perception of both museum spaces and collections. More
Education & Outreach
I have worked as Education and Outreach Officer for EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum since March 2019.
Archives and Collections
Collections management and handling trained, I have experience assisting curatorial departments with activities such as object research, file keeping and administration, acquisitions and loans, digitising and archiving collections, and conservation, among other duties. I was also part of the team that helped ready objects for the forthcoming RAF centenary exhibitions.
